Talking about money, class, and access can be uncomfortable—especially in a culture that rarely gives us the tools to do it well. Financial access isn’t just about income. It’s shaped by race, gender, ability, generational wealth, debt, caregiving responsibilities, medical costs, and more.
To balance sustainability with accessibility, I offer a tiered pricing model for multi-session coaching engagements. This means you can choose the rate that best reflects your financial reality—without needing to prove or justify anything. It’s a trust-based system that helps make coaching available to a wider range of people, while also supporting me in doing this work long-term.
Each tier is described below to help you make the choice that feels most aligned.
How Tiered Pricing Works
Each coaching offer has three pricing tiers, allowing you to select the level that best reflects your financial situation.
- Supporter Tier → For those with financial security, savings, or the ability to afford non-essentials without stress. Choosing this tier helps sustain lower-cost options for others.
- Standard Tier → The true cost of the service, reflecting the time, energy, and expertise involved. This tier ensures fair compensation while keeping coaching accessible.
- Access Tier → A reduced-cost option for those who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford coaching due to financial hardship.
This model works on trust—I ask you to invest at the level that reflects your access to resources, knowing that your contribution helps sustain this work for others.
Full Video: Powers of Ten™ (1977)
Coaching, like Powers of Ten, is an adventure in perspective. This short film by Charles and Ray Eames zooms out by powers of ten, shifting our view from a picnic in Chicago to the outer edges of the cosmos—and then back in, all the way to a single proton. It’s a perfect metaphor for the coaching process: expanding and contracting our lens, discovering new patterns, and seeing the familiar in new ways. I'm borrowing this film as a dreamy visual placeholder until I shoot my own imagery this summer. <3
